Myriam Cabrera

Originally trained as a diplomat, Myriam specializes in conflict management and cross cultural communications. In addition to her consulting practice, Myriam teaches a Masters program in Conflict Analysis and Management at Royal Roads University , Victoria , Canada

Margarita de Castro

Margarita is a sociologist and leading expert on population resettlement with a broad background gained from involvement in numerous resource development and infrastructure projects throughout Latin America . Margarita has extensive experience working with the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Leyla Day

Leyla is a management consultant and social specialist with a Masters degree in Development Sociology. She has particular skills in social assessment and the integration of the information obtained into management strategies. Leyla has worked with infrastructure, energy and resource projects on three continents.

Giselle Huamani Ober

Giselle is a specialist in Conflict Management with over 15 years of experience. Her work focuses on system design for dispute resolution, conflict resolution program development, training for capacity development in conflict analysis, negotiation and mediation, design and facilitation of multi stakeholder processes, and evaluation of programs and processes for peace building and conflict resolution. Giselle has coached and trained political advisors, government officials, diplomats, police, indigenous leaders, union leaders, mining community relations specialists, and gang members on issues of conflict analysis and collaborative processes.
